2 cups All Purpose Flour
3 T. sugar
1 T baking powder
2 T salt
9 T butter, cubed
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to º400. In a large bowl, combine sugar, baking powder & salt. Cut butter into mixture until it begins to resemble cornmeal. Add flour and mix well. Slowly begin to add milk, 1/4 cup at a time. Knead dough with your fingers gradually adding milk. Roll out dough on lightly floured surface and roll out to desired thickness. Butter bottom of a large cast iron skillet or round pan. Add biscuits and bake for 12 min. or until golden brown.

If you prefer you may use nonstick cooking spray in place of the butter. Also for a great country sausage gravy, purchase a pack of McCormick Country gravy and add crumbled sausage. Delicious!
