1 pound of boneless skineless chicken breast cut into chunks
salt & pepper for seasoning
2/3 cup Orange Marmalade
2 T. Soy Sauce
1 T. flour
1/3 cup seasame seeds
1/3 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup chicken broth

Directions:

Preheat Slow Cooker. Once chicken is chooped, season with lite salt and pepper. Coat chicken with flour. Shake off excess flour. Put chicken in slow cooker. Add all other ingredients except Seeds and mix lightly, coating all chicken with the soy sauce and marmalade. Add slow Cooker top and let cook for 4-5 hours. Check chicken between 2 1/2 and 3 hours, lightly mix again to ensure proper coating. Add sesame seeds 20 min. before chicken is finished and make sure all the chicken is coated with them. Enjoy!
