Layer 1 - 4 c sour pitted cherries and juice.

Layer 2 - 1 white or yellow dry cake mix (18oz)

Layer 3 - 2 sticks melted butter (no substitutes)

Layer 4 - 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Do not mix together, just layer ingredients in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 50 - 60 minutes (until a little browned) at 350º.
