12 medium potatoes, cooked
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup oleo
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt in boiling water

Directions:
Mash cooked potatoes well. Add rest of ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. Bake uncovered at 350º
