2 qts. whole milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. white long grain rice
1 T. butter
1 t. vanilla
1 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1st 5 ingredients in lg. saucepan& heat until bubbly. Keep cooking and stirring occasionally for about 1 hr.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour into casserole dish.
Sprinkle w/ cinnamon.
Refrigerate
