1 Sheet Frozen puff pastry dough
3/4 c. apricot preserves
1/3 c. dried cranberries
1/4 c. toasted sliced almonds
1 Brie Cheese
Crackers or ginger snaps

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw pastry dough. Toast almonds in oven. Soften cranberries in boiling water for a few minutes and then pat dry. Mix apricot preserves, almonds and cranberries together in a bowl. Spread out the pastry sheet and place apricot mixture in the middle. Then place brie on top of the mixture and wrap dough around the edges. Flip over and place on a baking sheet. Cook at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
