1/2 Cup butter
1/2 Cup oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 Cup sugar
1/2 cup milk with t tsp. vinegar
2- 1/2 Cups flour
1/2 tsp. Cloves
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
4 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 Cups zucchini
Topping
1/2 Cup sugar
1 Cup chocolate Chips
1/4 Cup chopped nuts.

Directions:

Stir together milk and vinegar, let set for 5 minutes. Beat together butter, eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla. Mix in sour milk. Mix flour, baking soda, cloves, cocoa, cinnamon, and baking powder and then add to wet mixture. Dough will be thick and fluffy. Add in zucchini. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup chopped nuts, and 1 cup chocolate chips. Bake at 325º for 35-40 minutes in greased and floured 9x13 pan.
