Directions:
Directions:
Pop a bag of good popcorn in the microwave. I use lightly buttered/salted. Then microwave 3/4 c. white chocolate chips in the microwave for one minute along with a 1/2 t. shortening. Then stir the chips until completely melted. Don’t microwave them any longer because they get hard. If you have to, then only 10 seconds at a time. Then stir the melted chips into the popcorn until completely mixed. Spread it out on waxed paper in a single layer until dry and then break into pieces.
