1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup margarine (or butter)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup shredded coconut
2 cups oatmeal
2 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together first 5 ingredients. Stir in coconut; stir in oatmeal. Sift together remaining 4 ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
