1 pkg. fettuccine pasta
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 can evaporated milk
2 Tbl. dried parsley (or 1/4 cup fresh chopped)
1 cup each (more or less) chopped carrots,
broccoli and zucchini

Directions:
Directions:
While pasta cooks, cook vegetables in a separate sauce pan in a small amount of water. Start with carrots, then add broccoli and lastly the zucchini – just until tender. For sauce: in saucepan, melt butter, gradually stir in cheese, then milk until well blended. Heat sauce, stirring constantly, just to boiling point. Stir in parsley. Combine drained pasta, sauce and vegetables; toss lightly.
