2 c sour cream
1/4 c cake flour
3 T sugar
2 T potato starch
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs and then beat in sour cream. Mix together flour, sugar, potato starch, baking soda, and salt in another bowl; add to egg mixture. Mix until smooth.
Heat a lightly greased griddle or nonstick skillet over a medium-high heat. Pour large dollops of batter into the skillet in batches. Cook until a few bubbles appear on the top about 2 minutes. Turn carefully; cook until lightly browned or bottom about 2 minutes.
