1 lb. pizza dough (frozen or fresh)
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Course salt for sprinkling
1 shallot, cut into thinly sliced rounds
1/2 c. green grapes
1/2 c. red grapes
Italian seasoning for sprinkling

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Roll the pizza dough into a rectangle. Place the dough onto a pizza stone or greased baking sheet. Using a pastry brush, cover the dough with olive oil. Sprinkle dough with salt and italian seasoning. Spread shallots and grapes evenly over dough. Bake until dough is golden brown.
