2 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) jar Old English Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
pinch of garlic salt
1 small onion, chopped
1 pkg. dried beef, chopped finely

Combine all ingredients, mix well. Form into a ball. Serve with crackers.
