4 skinless chicken breasts
6 Russet potatoes
6 eggs
1 onion
1 teaspoon tumeric
3 cups mayonnaise
2 cups chopped dill pickles
2 cups green peas
1/2 cup olive oil
4 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Boil chicken breasts with a whole onion and turmeric
Boil the potatoes and eggs
Shred the chicken breast, chop the egg and potatoes and mix with the remaining ingredients
