1 package 3 oz lime jello
3/4 cup hot water
2-3 oz softened cream cheese
1 cup Hellmanns Mayonnaise
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
2 T lemon juice
3/4 cup drained, shredded, peeled cucumber
1.4 cup finely chopped green onion

Directions:
Dissolve jello in water. Add cream cheese, mayonnaise horseradish and salt. Beat until smooth. Add lemon juice. When partially set, stir in cucumbers and onions. Put in jello mold with whole in the middle of the pan.(ring mold) Serve with lemon wedges and mayonnaise. You may fill the center with chunks of chilled salmon or tuna or slices of hard boiled eggs.
