Ingredients:  
1 can sada "Ghomeh Sabzi" herb
1 pound stew meat, cut in small pieces
1 can dark kidney beans
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 large yellow onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon tumeric
1 tablespoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the herb in warm water for 15 minutes, drain
Saute' lightly in 3 tablespoons oil
Brown onion in remaining oil; add meat and saute'
Add sabzi, turmeric, salt, pepper, garlic powder and 5 cups water
Cover and cook over low heat 40 minutes
Add beans and lemon juice and cook additional 15 minutes
Serve with basmati rice. (see recipe in Pasta section)
