Ingredients:  
1 head Napa cabbage..I use bagged slaw mix
6 scallions
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles, broken
4 oz. slivered almonds
4 oz. sunflower seeds
1 stick butter or oleo

Dressing:
1 C safflower oil...I use vegetable oil
1/2 C. tarragon vinegar
1 cup sugar
2 T soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chopped cabbage and onions and let sit overnight for 2 hours or overnight. Saute broken noodles, almonds, and sunflower seeds in butter until slightly brown. Add to cabbage and apply dressing just before serving so noodles remain crisp.

Personal Notes:
I mix slaw and onions and put in refrigerator overnight. I make the noodles and put them in a plastic bag overnight. I also make the dressing ahead of time.
