1 thick round steak
Heavy foil
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Potatoes (peeled and cut into halves)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cut steak into serving size pieces, season to taste and brown on both sides in lightly oiled skillet. Place steak on heavy foil. Pour undiluted soup over the top, sprinkle with dry onion soup mix and add potatoes. Seal top of foil with double fold and fold the ends. Place in a baking dish and put into oven for 1 1/2 hours or until steak is tender.
