1/4 c. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
2 c. Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
1/4 c. Water
1/4 c. Orange Juice
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, stir together sugar and cornstarch. In saucepan over medium heat, combine the berries, water and juice. Cook, stirring constantly until the berries release their liquid. Remove from the heat and stir in sugar-cornstarch mixture. Return pan to low heat and cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens slightly and is no longer cloudy (3-4 minutes). Stir in lemon juice. Serve hot, warm or cold. Great over pancakes.
