Pork Tenderloin about 3 lbs.
Sauce:
1 tsp. oil
1/3 cup shallots
1 T. garlic, minced
2 cups chopped red grapes
2 T. soy sauce
2 T honey
1 tsp. ginger
dash 5 Spice powder

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil. Saute onion and garlic. Add grapes, soy, honey, and Five Spice powder and ginger.Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. In a blender, process until smooth. Serve over cooked tenderloin.
