1 1/4 c. water
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. yeast
1 tsp. salt
1 TB. cornmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Place all (except cornmeal) in bread machine, beginning with warm water and ending with the yeast. Turn on the dough cycle. When it is finished divide into 2 and roll each piece into a 10X8 inch rectangle. Roll up jelly roll style and place seam side down on a pan that you sprinkled with cornmeal. Cover with towel and let rise 20 minutes. Make 4 slashes on the top of the dough and brush with a mixture of 1 egg white and 1 TB water, beaten together. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Bake @ 375º for 20-25 minutes.

Yum yum!! Serve with soup or Italian meals. Make sure to toast the seeds, they taste much better. It is also yummy sprinkled with poppy seeds and a little bit of course salt.
