24paperbaking cups
2 pkg cream cheese(room temp) you can use light
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
24 small oatmeal cookies (dare perfect size)

Using mixer puree cheese until soft
blend in sugar
add eggs & lemon juice
blend until smooth
Set paper baking cups in muffin tins
set cookie in bottom of each cup
spoon cheese mixture in each cup 2/3 full
bake in preheated oven at 350degrees for 20 minutes
Cool to room temperature

Store covered in fridge for up to 1 week or freeze.

To serve trim with jam,or fruit sauce,ex cherry pie

Per seving 235 calories,10 g of fat.5 dietary fiber
