3/4 cup butter
2 onions, chopped
1 bunch fresh parsley chopped
2 (14.5) diced tomatoes
3 (14.5) chicken broth
2 bay leaves
1 tablespoons dried basil
1/2 tsp thyme
1-1/2 cup white wine
1 cup water
1-1/2 lbs large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
18 small clams
1-1/2 lbs scallops
1-1/2 cup crabmeat
1-1/2 lbs halibut cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Over low heat, in a large stockpot, melt butter, add onions, garlic and parsley. Cook until onions are soft. Add tomatoes, add chicken broth, bay leaf, basil, and thyme, water, and wine, mix well, cover and cook 30 mins. Stir in shrimps, clams, and crabmeat, scallops, and halibut. Bring to a boil then lower heat. Cover and simmer 5-7 mins. Serve with warm, crusty French bread.
