Half a box of Jiffy Cornbread Mix
1 cup of self rising flour
1 egg
1/4 cup milk (add more if batter gets dry)
3 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well. Spray cast iron skillet or round cake pan with cooking spray. Pour batter in and make sure the top of the batter is even. Place in oven and bake for 25 min. or until top of cornbread is golden brown. Remove from oven, slice & serve

If you want to spice up your cornbread you may use a 1/2 cup green onions, cream corn, cheese, or diced jalepeno peppers!
