One block coon cheese or sharp cheddar
3 1/2 cups Bisquick
1 lb. highly seasoned sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cheese in double boiler. Mix in dry Bisquick and ground sausage. Roll in small balls. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Can be made ahead of time, put in plastic bags, and freeze
