1 can cream corn
1 c Bisquick
1 beaten egg
2 T melted butter
2 T sugar
1/2 c milk
2/3 c chopped onion
4 oz green chillies
1/2lb. (8oz) monterey jack cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn, Bisquick,egg, butter,sugar, milk and onion. Pour 1/2 batter into 9x9' dish. Add green chillies and cheese. Cover with the rest of the batter. Bake 400* for 20 -30 minutes or until golden brown.
