1/2 lb. hot dogs
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon
1 can tomato soup
1 c. onion, chopped
4-6 cubed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes,drain and set aside, fry bacon til crisp, remove bacon from pan, add onion, green peppers and sliced hot dogs, brown this mixture. If there is too much grease in the pan, pour some off. Stir in potatoes, crumbled bacon, tomato soup and 1/2 a can of water, stir this together and heat thru gently. If it needs more liquid, add a little more water.

This is very tasty, Grandpa grew up on it when he was young and he loved it. I occasionally made it for him too.
