1 91/2 oz. Can of Tuna
3 c. Noodles or elbow Macaroni
2 c. Celery (diced)
1/2 c. Onions
1 Can Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Celery soup
1 c. Parmesan or Mozzarella Cheese
11/2 tbsp. Olive Oil
3/4 c. Milk
1 2 Qt. Baking dish

Preheat the oven to 375º
Prepare noodles as directed on the box or package
In a large skillet, heat olive oil, add onions & celery, cook until tender. Add tuna, soup, milk, noodles to the sautéed onion & celery and mix well. Pour the tuna & noodle mix into a 2 Qrt. baking dish, sprinkle with the cheese topping. Place in the over for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 5 people
