2 cups shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
3/4 cup Mayonnaise, or to desired consistency
1 small (2 ounce) jar Pimentos, drained
1 or 2 shakes of Tabasco or Green Chile Sauce

Combine all ingredients, and chill. Serve with corn chips or crackers.
