12 strips bacon, diced
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1-1lb. loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1-10 oz. env. ranch salad dressing mix
1 Tbsp. olive oil, divided

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, cook bacon over medium heat for 5 minutes, until partially cooked. Drain well on paper towels. Roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness, brush with 1 tbsp. olive oil. Cut dough in 1 inch pieces and place in large bowl. Add bacon, cheese, dressing mix and remaining olive oil. Toss gently to coat. Arrange pieces in 9x5" oval on a greased baking sheet, layering as needed. Cover and let rise in a warm place for at least 30 minutes or until double in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cover with foil. Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer or until golden brown.
