2-6 oz. jars artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1-10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 garlic clove, pressed (I just use a little garlic powder)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonaise
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Spoon into oven-safe dish and bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Serve with tortilla chips, bagel chips, pita chips, cocktail bread or crackers.
