1 C. Scalded milk
9 T. Shortening
3/4 C sugar
2 t. Salt
3 Packages of yeast
1 C. lukewarm water
3 T. sugar
5 eggs,beaten well
approx. 9 C. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients then put in frig. to cool.
Mix yeast,water& sugar in seperate bowl,add the eggs and other ingredients then add the flour. Let raise dble it's size twice, then make rolls. When they have raised to roll size then bake at 350º until golden brown
