1c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. oats
1 egg
1 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and egg. Beat well. Combine flour, powder and soda; add to mixture. Add oats, coconut and corn flakes. Blend well. Make small balls, drop on cookie sheet and with small glass dipped in sugar flatten cookies. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
