2 lb. Monterrey Jack cheese.
2 eggs
2 c. grated cheddar
1 1/2 c. milk
2 cans chopped green chilies, wee drained
3 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Chunk cheese into greased 9X13. Beat egg. Add flour & milk and beat. Add chilies. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle Cheddar on top. Bake 350º for 45 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes to set before serving.

Cindy Yonkman's family always served this at their fish fries. It goes great with fried fish. It is so yummy but so fattening and bad for you, I am sure.
