2 Tbsp. butter
pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. flour
1 pkg. Buddig beef
1 c. milk
toasted bread

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter and flour in saucepan and cook for a minute or two, stirring constantly. Add milk and stir. Cook on medium heat, stirring frequently, until it begins to boil. Add pepper to taste. Cut beef into small pieces and add to cream mixture; remove from heat. Cube the toasted bread, place on plate. Spoon cream sauce over bread and serve. *NOTE* This recipe easily doubles, triples, etc. For my family of five, I usually use 6T. butter & flour, 3 on the milk & beef.
