1 lb. Ground Beef
1/2 c. Bell Pepper chopped
1/2 c. Onion chopped
3 Garlic Cloves chopped
2 c. uncooked Elbow Macaroni
1/2 c. Water
1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Cumin
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
14.5 oz. can Whole Tomatoes chopped with juice
15 oz. can Kidney Beans, drained
8 3/4 oz. can Corn, drained
8 oz. can Tomato Sauce
6 oz. can Tomato Paste
1 c. Sharp Cheddar, shredded

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown Ground Beef with Onions, Bell Peppers and Garlic. Drain and combine with remaining ingredients except cheese. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, simmer 20 minutes. Stir occassionaly. Serve with cheese garnish.
