3 lb. chicken parts
1 can Campbell's golden mushroom soup
1/3 c. shortening
1 garlic clove
1 can Campbell's tomato soup
2/3 c. water
5 small quartered onions
2/3 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper chicken. Dredge in flour. Heat Dutch oven. Add shortening and garlic. Brown chicken. Add remaining ingredients. Cover. When it starts to boil, lower heat to medium low and cook for 45 minutes or until tender. While cooking, use handles on pot and shake several times. Serve over rice.
