Mixture 1
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup pumpkin
1 tsp. lemon juice

Mixture 2
3/ cup flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp each ginger and baking powder
1/2 tsp each nutmeg and salt.

1 cup powdered sugar
6 oz. cream cheese
4 T. butter/oleo
/12 tsp vanilla

Beat eggs about 5 min. at high speed. Gradually add sugar. Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.
Sift flour and dry ingredients. Mix and fold into egg mixture. Put in a greased and floured jelly roll pan. I like to line it with greased waxed paper. Top with pecan pieces. Bake 375 for 12-15 minutes. Immediately roll in a heavily powdered sugar covered towel lengthwise. Cool Unwrap towel and fill with cheese mixture. Roll back up and chill..Freezes well.
