Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pack saltine crackers (1 pack out of a 4-pack box)
2 sticks of butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.
Line a baking sheet with foil. Arrange the crackers in a single layer over the foil. Set aside.
Melt the butter over medium heat until almost all melted. Add the sugar. Whisk. When it comes to a boil, continue whisking vigorously for 2 minutes.
Pour the mixture over the crackers. Bake at 400 for 5 minutes.
Pour the bag of chocolate chips evenly on top and allow to melt. (It helps to turn off the oven, open the oven door, and leave the whole thing on top of the open door, seems to melt quicker, only a couple minutes.) Spread the melted chips evenly with the back of a spoon.
Pop the whole thing into the fridge to cool. Then, break into pieces.

Personal Notes:
You can also sprinkle chopped nuts on top of the chocolate before you pop it into the fridge, or even crushed candy canes.
