Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 containers of yoghurt – any flavor
1 (smaller size, not the big one) container of Cool Whip (or store brand, it doesn’t matter)
1 ready-made graham cracker pie crust
Fresh fruit (optional)
Whip-cream-in-a-can (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix together the yoghurt and the Cool Whip. (If you are using fresh fruit, chop one of them up and stir it in.) Pour into the pie crust. (If you’re using fresh fruit, slice it up and make the top of the pie fancy). Pop the whole thing in the freezer for at least 3 hours (it’ll be just a little frosty) or overnight (it’ll be frozen solid, but no problem to eat if you set it out for 15 minutes or so before eating). Top with a squirt of whip cream if desired.
