1/2 c vegetable oil
1/2 c vinegar
3/4 c sugar
1 tbsp Tiger sauce (found down the bbq sauce or ketchup aisle)
Salt and pepper to taste

2 cans of kernel corn, drained
1 can of black eyed peas, drained
1 jar chopped pimientos, drained
2 avocados, chopped (not too ripe, still firm)
1 each finely chopped: red, orange, and yellow bell peppers
1 red onion, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine everything else. Pour the sauce on top, mix well. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
