Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 or 3 pkgs ramen noodles, crunched up but not cooked
1/2 head of cabbage, chopped
Shredded chicken (to make it easy I usually buy a rotisserie chicken from the grocery's deli)
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1/2 to 3/4 bottle of asian sesame salad dressing, any brand (I like Newman's Own©)

Those are the only 5 things I always put in. The rest is whatever you have on hand, or feel like!

1 can mandarin oranges, or a couple of fresh oranges, peeled and cut into bite sized pieces
Handful of Chinese pea pods
3 or 4 green onions, sliced
Small handful of sesame seeds
Small handful of peanuts or sliced almonds
Bean Sprouts
Green bell pepper, julienned

Mix everything in a large bowl. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, although it tastes better if it sits overnight.
