3 cups grated zucchini
3 cups sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
1 1/2 cup Mazola oil
4 eggs
3 - 3 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1'2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix like you would any cake. Bake 350º on a cookie sheet until done. Check after 20 minutes.

You may frost with cream cheese frosting.
