2 egg whites, unbeaten
1-1/2 cups sugar
5 tablespoons cold water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. light corn syrup or 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1/8 tsp salt
2 marshmallows cut in 1/8ths

Directions:
Directions:
Put egg whites, sugar, water, con syrup and salt in top of double boiler and mix thoroughly. Place over boiling water and beat constantly with beater until mixture will hold peaks (about seven mins). Remove from hot water and add vanilla and marshmallows and beat until cool and thick enough to spread.
