4 c. cubed bread (7 slices or 4 hamburger buns)
1 (20-oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 stick oleo, melted
Directions:
Directions:
Toss break with pineapple and put into greased casserole dish. Mix together beaten eggs, sugar, and melted oleo. Pour over pineapple bread mix. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until brown. Can be mixed up night before and cooked later.
