In a large mixing bowl combine the veal, pork eggs, bread crumbs and cheese. Add seasonings to taste. You may want to add a little warm water when mixing to keep the mixture moist. Once all has been thoroughly mixed fry a small patty to check for taste. Adjust seasonings as required. Roll into small meatballs and place on a baking sheet. Once all has been made bake in the oven at 350º for 10 minutes until par cooked. Cool and set aside. These are now ready to use in the lasagna or can be frozen for future use.
