Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Tomato sauce (your own homemade, or favourite commercial sauce, or see recipe under Sauce section)
Meatballs (recipe in Meats section)
3 or 4 hard boiled eggs
Pepperoni stick
Mozzarella cheese
Cheddar cheese
Fontina cheese
Home made noodles (or substitute fettuccini noodle)

Directions:
Directions:
Grate all cheeses (you can vary the cheeses to taste provided you use a cheese that melts easily without getting stringy). Slice the pepperoni stick. Crumble the hard boiled eggs. Have on hand the small meatballs which have been par cooked.

Warm 1 L of tomato sauce and loosen by adding 500 ml of soup stock. The sauce should be fairly runny as the noodles will absorb it during the baking. Boil 1 lb noodles.

In a large lasagna pan cover the bottom with tomato sauce, layer the cheese, pepperoni, eggs, and meatballs, then cover with a layer of cooked noodles. Spoon over plenty of sauce. Continue the layering till pan is full. The last layer should be cheese. There should be enough sauce in the lasagna that if you push a spoon on the edge the sauce will rise to the top. Bake uncovered at 350º for 45 to 60 minutes until it bubbles and the cheese is golden on the top. Remove from oven, let stand, and then enjoy.
