1 lb. ground beef, brown, drain off grease
1 tsp. sugar
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
pepper to taste
5 green onions, dice tops and bottoms
1 c. sour cream
1 small package (3 oz) cream cheese
8 oz. package small noodles
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese or Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles and drain. In large skillet; cook beef and drain. Add sugar, garlic, salt, tomato sauce and pepper to skillet. Simmer for 15 minutes. In medium bowl;; mix onions, sour cream and cream cheese. Grease baking dish 9 x 13. I use two 8 inch square dishes, freeze one. Put a layer of noodles, meat sauce, sour cream mixture and grated cheese. Repeat. Bake 20 minutes at 350ºF. Can be fixed ahead a day and baked the next day. When freezing: take out of dish, place in freezer paper, seal with freezer tape, mark baking directions.
