Cook roast ahead, store broth in refrigerator. When ready to use; remove fat from broth. In medium bowl; place flour, making a well (hole in flour) in the center. Put the eggs in the well, 2 half egg shells of water, put a drop of food coloring in the water of one shell. Add a pinch of salt, mix with a fork. Gradually add more water as needed to make a ball of dough. Roll out on floured board 1/4 to 3/8 inch thick, cut in pieces (around 3/4 x 1 1/2 inch). Heat broth to boiling in large pan, add a little Kitchen Bouquet and salt as needed. Stir as you drop dumplings in broth. Turn heat down, cover with lid. Stir occasionally. Cook about 30 minutes.
