1 small Onion, chopped
3 or 4 strips Bacon in 1/2" chunks
3 T. Brown Sugar
1 T. Vinegar
4 c. canned Baked Beans
1/4 c. Catsup
1 1/2 tsp. Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion and bacon in pan. Drain off some of the fat. Add brown sugar, vinegar, beans, catsup and mustard. Pour into 2 qt. casserole. Bake at 350º for 45 - 60 minutes.
